Eight member countries from the South Asia Wildlife Enforcement Network (SAWEN) have gathered in Kathmandu, Nepal to attend its third Executive Committee Meeting, along with a two-day workshop (from September 11-13, 2017) organized to 'Strengthen Institutional Capacity of SAWEN'. SAWEN is an intergovernmental wildlife law enforcement support body of South Asian countries from Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka.
