Author

Biodiversity is the comprehensive umbrella term for the degree of nature’s variety or variation within the natural system in both number and frequency. In general, the term bio-diversity refers to the variety of all forms of life on earth i.e. plants, animals, micro-organisms, the gene they contain and the ecosystem they form. It is often described in hierarchical terms and considered at 3 major levels i.e. ecosystem diversity, species diversity, and genetic diversity (NBS, 2014-2020)
