GESI success starts with internalizing GESI capacity. This clearly indicates the need for developing individual, community as well as institutional capacity to bring common understanding of different GESI issues. Through gender induction and awareness campaigns, developing change agents, trainings and workshops, exposure and cross learning opportunities, promoting innovative practices are some of the major interventions we adopt to enhance GESI capacity.
